Good News and Bad News

So, in my life there is good news and bad news. The good news is that Simple Thoughts on Philippians is available on Amazon in Kindle and print format. I will be formatting for large print very soon.

The Kindle version is $2.99 or if you have Kindle Unlimited it is free to read. The print version is $6.99. As of today, 02/21, it's only available at the Createspace store  but will be available in a few days on Amazon.

I'm working on formatting James right now. Actually, I should be doing that rather than writing this blog but ...

Now for the bad news. I logged onto my credit card account today. There was a message asking if I had made a certain purchase. It was in England. At the time I was out of the country on Antigua but I hadn't bought whiskey in England. Now they have cancelled my card and are sending me a new number. :-(

I've had this happen before. I appreciate the credit card company contacting me when unusual occurrences happen but I really hate the hassle of  changing numbers. The automatic bill payments all need to be updated. I've forgotten to do some in the past and man does that create a problem when bills don't get paid or I receive notice the card was denied.

You know what bothers me the most? I have to learn an entirely new sixteen digit number and the three digit one on the back. I buy a lot of stuff online. I'm getting old. Learning a new number, pooh. Thankfully, I have a program that keeps that sort of thing so I can copy and paste until I commit it to memory.

So, as always, there is good and bad. The good far outweighs the bad. Oh, another good thing. Here's the cover of Simple Thoughts on James. Keep watching. I'm hoping to have it out before Easter.
