If you haven't noticed, which I actually hope you have, I haven't blogged for a while. Well, I needed a break. I'd published seven books in three years and I was sort of written out. I simply needed a break. So now I think the break is over. I'm thinking about writing again and have several projects in different stages of writing. They were all just left alone and are waiting for me to start on them again.
Chloe's Sanctuary is the next book in the Stone's Creek Series and is in the works. Since I haven't looked at it since November last year I can't really say how far along it is. The character's from the first two books are going to be there. There's revelation about Eli's father and I'm not sure how that will impact their relationship, which is not very good at the moment. There's Janie from the Cottonwood series who is all grown up now and may have her own story. I have the premise anyway. I have a contemporary novel about half done. Also there is a Sci-Fi rolling around in my head. These are both departures from my normal Historical Romance genre and I'm wondering if I should publish those under a different pen name. I don't really want to but some people advise it. Would you read a Sophie Dawson Novel that wasn't a historical? Let me know.

I would read books of any genre under any name you choose to write under. I found you after reading Pastor George McVey's Redemption series and loved what you did with those stories (although I think he said you started the Nugget Nate character). I've read everything you have on Amazon so far. Now I just check your name on Amazon periodically to see if you have anything new out.

I just remembered that I was hoping you would do a sequel to Seeing the Life. I believe it ended with Dr Luke arriving to talk to Mary. I really wish you would continue his story through the writing of Acts.
