Now Is The Time

If you haven't guessed I haven't been writing much. Summer doesn't seem to lend itself to writing for me. It's more a time for gardening and swimming with my granddaughter. Well, fall is now here. The men are in the fields harvesting fast and furious. The humidity is down even though it is 88º today the weather isn't as oppressive as in July or August.

Here's the news from my place. I am writing, or at least trying to. I have several contemporary stories started. Chloe's Sanctuary (Stones Creek #3) is underway but her story isn't progressing very well. There very well may be a number of short stories about the women who came with Chloe to Stones Creek. I'm also working on a fantasy and science fiction stories. Branching out to other genres.

This is McIlroy. He's going to be very interested in Chloe. You remember him as the accident prone blacksmith of Stones Creek. Don't worry, He cleans himself up a bit when he finally decides he is interested in her.
