Taking A Break

If you are a regular reader you'll know I didn't post last week. We had just gotten home from vacation. Yellowstone National Park is fantastic. You know how things go when you get back. Well, that was the way it was for me. Add in an unplanned dental event and an 8 hour round trip to Chicago for a TV interview about Seeing The Life and you can probably figure out why I didn't find the time to write a blog. I'm not one of those who have a bunch written a head of time.

With summer, for me, comes gardening and canning. I plan to have my granddaughter come and play more. I bought one of those pop up pools and we'll be in it a lot this summer I hope. There also needs to be time to just relax. I'm into that as much as I can ;)

I'm between book projects now and haven't gotten the next one I'm supposed to work on from the Holy Spirit yet. I'm going to take this time to get a lot of things caught up on rather than blog each week. Files for my novels need to be sorted and arranged and backed up into some cloud somewhere. I need to do some marketing for Seeing The Life. I'm planning on writing some devotions that I'll use as blog posts and also put together into a book at some point. The website will have an overhaul, long overdue.

My plan is to start posting again some time after Labor Day. In the meantime, have a wonderful summer. Love on your family. Smile a lot and reread my novels. See you in the fall.
